I don't live in the US, can I subscribe to StitchyBox or Just The Threads?
Yes, you can! Just select the "international" shipping option for your chosen subscription - the international shipping surcharge is already included in the price.
How do I manage/cancel my subscription?
If you have signed up for a recurring subscription, you will have access to the subscription management page in the shop, where you can update your shipping address, credit card info, and cancel your subscription. One-time subscriptions do not have a subscription management page - if you need to update your address, please use the form below to send us your updated address.
Subscription payments are refundable if the refund is requested within 48 hours of the payment being processed. After this 48 hour window, all sales/subscriptions are final. If you are not sure if StitchyBox or Just The Threads is for you, we recommend purchasing a one box/one package subscription first to try it out before committing to a 3, 6 or 12 package subscription, as we are unable to provide cancellation/refunds on subscriptions that have already started.
Can I subscribe using PayPal?
Unfortunately our subscription app can only accept credit cards, so we are unable to take PayPal payments for recurring subscriptions. You can, however, purchase a one-time subscription using PayPal - just select the one-time option on your chosen subscription.
When do Stitchyboxes ship?
StitchyBox is a bi-monthly subscription, meaning we ship a box every 2 months. We start packaging the boxes on the 20th of the first month of the 2 month cycle (January 20th, March 20th, etc), and the packing process takes approximately 10-14 days. You will receive an email with tracking information when your shipment is getting ready to head out the door.
Can you combine the shipping on my orders after I've placed them? Can I have additional items shipped with my Just the Threads, StitchyBox, or Countdown Box shipment?
In general, no. The packaging process for our subscriptions and Countdown Boxes do not allow for any additional items to be sent along with them.
If you have placed a supply shop order and want to see if we can ship additional items with that order to save on the shipping cost, please contact us prior to placing the second order so we can generate a custom invoice for you (if we can meet your request). Requests for combined shipping made as notes on your order cannot be met.
My package was lost in transit - what now?
We will send a reshipment or refund (at our discretion) if the package has not been delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery for domestic packages and within 45 days for APO packages. If a package is marked as delivered by USPS and you did not receive it, you will need to contact your local post office.
If your package is returned to us because we made an error on your address, we will reship the package to you at no charge. If your package is returned to us and we used the address you provided, you will be responsible for the postage cost for reshipping the package. Please be sure your address is correct when you place your order!
For international packages, we cannot be responsible for packages once they leave the US. Please be sure you provide us with your exact address to help ensure delivery. If you want to upgrade your shipment to International Priority mail and/or FedEx, please contact us for a shipping quote.
My address has changed since I signed up for my subscription, what do I do?

If you do not notify us of your address change and your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of postage to reship it to your new address. If you do notify us of your address change and we send the package to your old address, we will be responsible for the postage to reship your order.
I subscribed to a one-at-a-time subscription in July, and my first box is going to ship in September. Does that mean I will be charged for 2 boxes before I receive my first box?
Depending on when you signed up, yes. We accept new subscribers (when we have spots available) for the two months prior to the box's shipping month. For example, subscribers who sign up in July and August will start with September's box. If you sign up in early-to-mid July for a one-at-a-time subscription, your subscription will renew on the same date in September, before your first box ships.
